Camas Prairie Bar — Oatmeal & Honey Soap
When the camas blooms in June, the Camas Prairie turns so blue that the first settlers coming over the rise mistook it for a lake. Now it’s grain country — wheat and oats on a high bench above the Salmon.
This is the prairie’s bar: ground oats for the scrub, raw honey for what it pulls back in. The plainest bar we make and the one that never comes back. It’s what you hand somebody who doesn’t know what to ask for.
Cold process, cured six weeks. Nampa, Idaho.
